Mr. Magriña is an executive Board member and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña (Spain) and received his MBA at the Instituto de Empresa and Hong Kong Science and Technology University in 2004.

Mr. Maged Hosny Mohamed Al Sayed - Director

Mr. Al‑Sayed is a prominent Egyptian architect and shareholder of Degla Company that has developed several landmark projects in Egypt. It is intended that Mr. Al‑Sayed will remain on the board of Degla Company after the sale of its Shares in the Company.
