The certifications were granted, after the proof has been furnished that the aforementioned QMS, SMS & EMS meet the requirements according to the international standards of ISO 9001:2008, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 respectively.
Recently, ACC has decided to take a further step ahead by integrating the QMS, SMS & EMS into one complete framework (i.e. integrated management system - IMS) working as a single unit with unified objectives.
On the other hand, ACC has decided to establish and apply an energy management system (EnMs), with the aim of improving energy usage and impact, to strike the balance between operational efficiency and energy efficient utilization.
Beyond certification, ACC conducts internal and external audits, along with frequent management reviews to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the implemented management systems. The results of the audits and the outcomes of the management reviews are reported directly to the management committee to take prompt decisions and actions when needed.

Accordingly, ACC has established and applies a quality management system (QMS), safety management system (SMS) and environmental management system (EMS), with the aim of enhancing overall business position and performance, reaching the highest level of employees and customers’ satisfaction, and continuously improving the measures for internal control.
The aforementioned management systems have been certified individually as stand-alone systems and are being audited by the well known certification body TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, which is an internationally accredited certification body that has the know-how to audit and certify a wide range of internationally recognized management systems in various sectors and industries.
