Job Name: Shift Leader                                     Location: Ain Sokhna

 

The Shift Leader  will be reporting to the Production Manager and he should  monitor, control and supervise all operations in the plant 24 hours per day making sure that all processes are carried out efficiently while keeping the plant in a perfect shape. To manage well known deficiencies independently and, otherwise, effectively report all kind of incidences to first line managers of the plant, seek for their advice and make sure that their recommendations are followed up by the O&M suppliers.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Cement industry operations/process.  

• A bachelor's degree in science or engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical or instrumentation) from a reputable university.

•  Minimum 5 years experience in cement plants.

• Experience in a Multinational company will be an asset.

• Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written.

 

 

Job Name: Procurement Supervisor                               Location: New Cairo

 

The Procurement Supervisor is in charge of providing the company with the required material (local or foreign) in the correct location and in suitable delivery time with competitive prices to insure a proper operation of the company and proper allocation of the company resources.

He/She is responsible for supporting initiatives driving results measured by lower material costs, more responsive supplier performance, process and service improvements and productivity throughout the supply chain.

 

Job Requirements

 

• BA degree from a reputable and recognized university is required (Business Administration, Commercial  or any similar discipline).

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar and job related positions.

• Not less than 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Solid experience in Bidding, tendering and contracting.

• Experience in  Supplier negotiation, evaluation and sourcing.

• Familiar with  ERP System.

• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.
