Job Name: Customer Service Officer                                Location: New Cairo

 

Reporting to the customer service Supervisor, the Customer Service Officer is the Officer responsible for receiving the client’s Wassal Orders via phone or email and issue delivery requests to the transportation department in the plant. He/ She is responsible of answering phones and respond to clients’ requests, receiving Client’s orders for delivered Bagged Cement, placing Sales Orders on SAP for each delivery request, placing Delivery Requests on the DOT NET (transportation system) for Bagged Cement.

He/She will have to follow-up on customer inquires that are not immediately resolved, keep daily records for all taken delivery orders and inform the Sales Supervisors in case their clients have no sufficient credit for any delivery order.

 

Job Requirements

 

•  University Degree.

• Customer oriented.

• 1 to 3 years experience.

• Good command of English language.

 

 

Job Name: Warehouse Supervisor                                Location: Delta Region

 

Reporting to the Warehouses & Dispatch Manager, The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible of following the warehouse operation & processes.He/She reports the warehouse operation requirements, prioritizes the warehouse dispatch schedule, records and reports all the warehouse expenses, monitors & reports the warehouse inventory level.

 

Job Requirements

 

•  University Degree.

• 2+ years as Warehouse Supervisor in the cement industry or in a similar activity.

• Good technological comprehension: must be skilled in as ERP user.

 

 

Job Name: Area Sales Supervisor                                Location: Delta Region

 

The Area Sales Supervisor will have the responsibilities of the sales volumes and revenue targets in his territory via structured sales process. He will be the main source of the market information and report it via systematic and structured reporting system. He will be in direct and daily contact with our customers and potential customers follow up and report the competitor’s activity in the market. Identify channel of distribution, such as wholesalers, retailers. Allocating the shipments to the clients in time of product shortage.

 

Job Requirements

 

•  University Degree.

• 4+ years as Area Sales Supervisor in the cement industry or in a similar activity.

• Excellent technological comprehension: must be highly skilled in as ERP user.

• Good command of English language.

• Driving license.

 

 

Job Name: Area Sales Manager                                Location: Delta Region

 

Reporting to the Bags Sales Manager, He/She is responsible for sourcing of reliable and loyal customers, keeping a track of their record and performance focusing on certain geographical area.He/She is responsible of managing the area sales team, checking and approve the sales orders/deliveries, ensuring timely payment by customers and follow up on prompt deliveries.He/She will have to carry out after sales services by tracking lifting rate of customers, report market information to BSM/HOS, to enhance knowledge about the cement market & industry in his territory and conduct market surveys.

 

Job Requirements

 

• University degree from a recognized university.

• 5+ years experience in sales in the cement industry or in a similar activity.

• Have sales team management experience.

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent technological comprehension: skilled as ERP user is an advantage.

• Good command of English language.

 

 

Job Name: Warehouse Dispatch Officer                              Location: Delta Region

 

The Warehouse Officer will be Responsible of the warehouse inventory & the dispatch processes.

He/she will receive cement & store for dispatch to customers, implement dispatch process for pickup or delivery to customers, report daily operation & numbers to Inventory analyst, register all the cement transactions (IN & OUT) on SICLO and implementing the department safety programs.

 

Job Requirements

•  University Degree.

• 1+ years in warehousing in the cement industry or in a similar activity.

• Able to understand and work with high commitment to the company slakes process and procedures.

• Good technological comprehension: must be highly skilled in as ERP user.

• Good command of English language.
