Job Name: Shift Leader                                    Location: Ain Sokhna

 

The Shift Leader  will be reporting to the Production Manager and he should  monitor, control and supervise all operations in the plant 24 hours per day making sure that all processes are carried out efficiently while keeping the plant in a perfect shape. To manage well known deficiencies independently and, otherwise, effectively report all kind of incidences to first line managers of the plant, seek for their advice and make sure that their recommendations are followed up by the O&M suppliers.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Cement industry operations/process.  

• BSc. degree in science or engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical or instrumentation) from a reputable university.

•  Minimum 5 years experience in cement plants.

• Experience in a Multinational company will be an asset.

• Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written.

 

 

Job Name: Mining Engineer                                           Location: Ain Sokhna

 

Reporting to the Quarries & Quality Control Manager, the Mining Engineer will:

 

• Coordinate the quarries operations within company policies and procedures.

• Monitor the quality of the company products to keep it within the company requirement.

• Coordinate between ACC sub-contractors in terms of quality control.

• Assist in the implementation of quality procedures directed by the quality manager.

• Implement the daily Stoppage Reports of the quarry equipment.

• Help establish and maintain a positive community and governmental relationships as regards quarrying explosives. 

• Help establish an efficient system for raw material resources planning based on the most advanced geological techniques.

• Help obtain and maintain the relevant ISO certifications.  

 

Job Requirements

 

• Knowledge in cement industry operations.

• A bachelor's degree in mining engineering or chemistry/geology from a recognized university.

• Minimum 2 years experience in cement industry quarry management.

• Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written.

• Excellent technological comprehension: must be highly skilled in Excel/Word/Powerpoint.
